Furniture overview
All Ombak Furniture is made from reclaimed teak unless stated otherwise. Any indentations, infill, nail marks and fillings are inherant charactheristics of reclaimed teak and are what make our furniture so unique and beautiful. Ombak are proud of our reclaimed ethos so we do not choose timber on the basis of the amount of inclusions.
Furniture care
Wood is a natural material. Any changes in humidity could lead to movement whilst the wood acclimatises to the new level. All Ombak products are made from reclaimed teak, and reclaimed teak is one of the best woods available for resisting movement. Due to its age and previous use, reclaimed teak has done all its movement unless placed in an extreme environment.
Products
All Ombak products are photoed as accurately as possible. It is in our interest to give you the best representation of our beautiful items Please bear in mind that the lighting and also computer browsers may process colours differently. Ombak cannot be responsible for the misinterpretation of colour on our products, samples are available.
Delivery Timescales
Dates and times quoted for delivery are approximate only. The Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods.
Custom and made to order items. Custom and made to order items are non-refundable in the event of reasonable delay out of the control of Ombak Furniture. The customer needs to understand Ombak products are made in a workshop in a developing country, then shipped over a long distance. Delays can happen out of control from Ombak Trading Ltd, although it is in Ombaks interests to get the goods to the customer as soon as is possible. The compensation amount is negotiable between the customer and Ombak Trading Ltd. In the event the items are unavailable there is 100% refund available.
